With over 17 years of experience leading finance operations in Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations, Dave combines strategic expertise with a hands-on, results-driven approach that delivers impactful outcomes.

 

As a former CFO and Head of FP&A, Dave has successfully built and led critical financial functions, including planning cycles, KPI development, reporting strategy and infrastructure, treasury operations, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His unique ability to bridge financial processes with operational strategies has consistently driven value and improved business performance. Notably, Dave has led transformation initiatives from both the client and consulting perspectives, giving him a well-rounded view of organizational change.

 

At Mello Consulting Group (MCG), Dave supports the Office of the CFO across a broad spectrum of areas. He specializes in Fractional CFO/FP&A roles, business planning and forecasting, finance transformation, operational excellence initiatives, compensation plan design, treasury, and investor relations.

Before joining MCG, Dave held key leadership roles, including Senior Director at ADT, Head of FP&A at Avis Budget Group, and CFO at Infinity Sales Group, a marketing telecommunications company. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kean University, where he also played collegiate baseball.

 

Originally from Wayne, New Jersey, Dave now resides in Palm Beach County, Florida, with his wife, Jacklyn, and their two children, Logan and Paige.
